PAYMENT METHODS

Gracecrochet accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, supported by Paypal. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
  • You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

(a)Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

(b)You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

(c)Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

(d)Click Continue to return to Gracecrochet. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchange as all our items are handmade stuff. But we will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Gracecrochet to process your warranty claim within 3 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
